Frank Rayal

Frank Rayal is founding partner at Xona Partners, a boutique technology management advisory firm where he assists with strategic decision making related to technology and R&D investments, product management and market development.

Frank helped mobile operators build their first networks and worked with equipment vendors, including startups he helped co-found, to develop network and cloud infrastructure products.

He completed his engineering undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University, and obtained his M.A.Sc and MBA at the University of Toronto in Canada. Frank is a senior member of IEEE, and a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.
